Smile Hotel Osaka tennoji

Nice location, close to the station, that you can get anywhere from and plenty of restaurants and huge shopping malls nearby. All the amenities provided.

The toilet was located in a strange way and it was a bit inconvinient to use. Though maybe we were just unlucky and in other rooms it was different.

Great value for the money. Room is clean.

Same breakfast every day and inconvenient public bath time

Cozy carpeted room with a wide bed and big bathroom plus a handy desk and comfy chair with local TV; good buffet breakfast and great public bath facility.

A constant draft of air coming from a vent over the bed due to the central ventilation system (off set by running own a/c).

Tennoji is a good base as for transport in Osaka subway is needed anyway and this convenient to go to the airport as well as an area with things to do. The hotel serves it's purpose and is very good value for money.

I like their 24-hour front desk because we booked this place last minute around 1 AM and checked in at 2 AM. This place was our savior for that night. The room is decent

The rooms are not soundproof. Also, I slept on a bunk bed, and the comforter was kinda itchy.

Good breakfast and hot spring

No breakfast after 8:30 but the staff still let me eat after 8:35 which is very grateful

They kept my room clean and the facilities were clean. Bed was big and comfortable and had clean sheets provided.

I asked for a non-smoking room, which I got, but the floor was smoking so the hallways smelled heavily of smoke and seeped into my room. Communication was difficult as it was strictly Japanese. Had guest come visit, with the intention to drop by and leave, but they were not even allowed to go up to my room. Not much variety with breakfast but sufficed

Hotel staff were very welcoming and kind, even when I overslept and missed checkout! Great facilities, especially onsen.

Location close to Tennoji Station was great, the staff were very friendly & helpful. Facilities were very clean, breakfast was very good.

The room was just a little small- no room for suitcases.

male and female used hot tub by turns.the bathroom is small but clean.Breakfast is simple and in Japan style.

location quite good, space in room is wide and hot spring is excellent

toilet a bit small, my head always bounce onto the wall when I’m using the toilet

The Onsen is superb, one of the reason we selected Super Hotel

Breakfast is not enough when join the breakfast 15 minutes before the breakfast ends at 8.30am and there’s no food top up

very helpful staff, good breakfast and clean comfortable room with great onsen

The room is clean

Because the wall is very thin, u can hear the sound of people walking. According, I couldn’t sleep well

We did not avail of the breakfast but we wish we had because they all looked appetizing when we had the chance to look at them while prepping to go out in the morning.

The location was great, service was great, staff was polite and helpful. Overall 10 out of 10

RIght in town.

The room a little bit small.

Service and cleanliness are exceptional. Prime location.

Superb

Free tea not available, only during the day. And would be better if breakfast was available sooner in the morning.
